Converting from literal to interpolative

Ok, so after all my other formulas are done, I'm down to this value:

"Sheet3!$A$4"

I need to simply read the data listed at this location, but because
needed to use the Address() function, Excel is recognizing this as
literal value and refuses to cooperate

if A1 stores your value 'sheet3!$A$4'
