Converting from AOL to Internet Explorer6

I am swithing from AOL to Internet Explorer 6 and I have a
couple of questions. Can you import AOL's favorite places
(bookmarks), e-mails, and address book directly into IE 6
and Outlook express. If so, how do I do it? It appears
they are in a different file format.
