Converting .flv to .wmv

Can someone recommend a free program that will convert .flv files to
..wmv? Thanks.

Been checking Google, but the consensus so far seems to be that
RealPlayer, QuickTime and WMP cannot handle .flv files.

Thanks a lot. Program is a bit complicated, but does convert flv
files.

Only drawback to the .flv files is that you cannot speed thru the
videos. You can't adjust the slider.

Actually, I'm wrong about that. If you convert .flv to .wmv you
CAN use the slider. But if they are converted to MPEG you cannot. At least
not on my PC.
