converting file types

Everything I downloaded from SonicStage is in OMA format. I can play these on
Media Player as well but that's not really the issue, so I guess there was no
point in mentioning that...

How do I convert the files from SS from OMA to mp3 so I can burn them onto
an mp3 disk?

I don't know about straight conversion, but if there should not be such
option, then re-recording may be possible.
