Converting e-mail to Spreadsheet

I have a ton of e-mails from many different sources. Is there any way to
export these addresses to a spreadsheet (I used MS Works)? Someway to
search and export any e-mail addresses in a given folder.

Fred, don't put a real email address in newsgroups like this, it will be
abused by spammers.

Go along the menu bar to contacts, export and you should find CSV which
is "Comma Separated Values". This is a good text based format that may
help you out. I think Excel can import that, I don't know for sure.
