Converting database to 2002-03 ?

What benefits is to convert a Microsoft Access database from 2000 to 2002-03.
I have no need for backward compability.
 
There is very little practical difference between the two formats, other
than that you must use the 02/03 format to create an MDE from Access 2002
or 2003.
