converting data from excel sheets to access

Hi
We have few excel sheets, some with formatting. We would like to convert all
these excel sheets to access database. What is the best way to design access
database and load data from excel sheets to access database.

Thanks peter. I think this is what I am looking for but I have office 2007
(Excel 2007 and access 2007).

I have done a quick test using Access 2007 and it works OK, haven't
tried importing data from an Excel 2007 spreadsheet but I would be
very surprised if that didn't work as well.

I suggest you try it and see if you get any problems.
