Converting avi type 1 to type 2

I am using Canopus_DV_File_Converter so I can burn with click to DVD,
converting
from type 1 to type 2 and it keeps stopping about 50% thru. Any suggestions!

What size is the video? Do you have plenty of space to save the new file
alongside the old one? Try Ulead's version of the same product,

I have plenty of space, I even cut the movie in half and
no matter what size it is it only converts half way.
Thanks I'll try the Ulead product.
