Converting Adobe files into Excel files

Does anyone know of a good software that will convert files save as Adobe
into workable excel spreadsheets.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

They have a product on the above link that converts PDF Files into Excel or
Word. Not sure if it will do what you need, but they have a free trial to
download. I downloaded the trial and found it worked alright, but it doesn't
have to many options on how to transfer the information.
