Converting/Adding PAB contacts

If you are wanting to share a contacts folder in Internet
mail. Is is possible to create a PAB file and then input
his contacts for all to see. And is there a way to send
all contacts from Outlook contacts to Outlook personal
address book.

Windows XP
Outlook 2002
