converting a Tex file to a word file

I have a nasty Tex file that I need to convert to a Word file. I have Math
Type loaded, however, I do not know if there is a quick convertion tool.

Tex2Word --> this is trialware (crippleware)

http://www.w3.org/Tools/Word_proc_filters.html lists some tex->html
converters, so you could to tex->html->word
