Converting a form with pages into a report

Hi there

I want to create a report based on a form. The form has several pages.

How do I go about creating this?

From scratch. There is no wizard to convert your form to a report. You
may be able to use a report wizard to create parts of your new report,
and then you put it all together yourself.
