Converter without watermark!

Hi all,

Anyone know a good free vid converter which converts RM to WMV or AVI or MPEG, u no the standard without the annoying little watermark? You see i say little, but mama! Usually i wouldnt be bothered by a watermark that just sits in the corner of the screen or somethin But not this one!! it's boilsoft and there is a fat ugly yellow BOISOFT UNREGISTERED VERSION striaght through the middle of the majority of my videos because stupid didnt convert a cra**y video first to test!
Any help appreciated.

Sorry bout multiple posts, i meant for RM only to all the other files, got loads of RMs and need to switch them to avi or mpeg or whateva
