Converter Access2.0 to Access2002

Hi,
I have some problems to convert an MDb in Access2.0 to
Access2002 version.
First I try to converto to Access2003 with Acc2Conv.exe,
during the conversion some problems take place. Then I
save the new mdb in to Access2002 version.

If I try to open de new mdb there isn't any problem but
some formularies are refering to local path, why? It's
possible to delete this reference?
