Convert word files to pdf format

is there a way to convert word .doc files to .pdf format
inside Access? I've got lots of word files to maintain, I
want to publish them as .pdf files to a public folder.

Take a look at our PDF and Mail library for Access. The PDF Pro Plus
edition will allow you to convert Word docs to PDF files from within Access.
You'll find it in the developer tools section of our web site
