how do i convert unix epoch seconds to yyyy:mm:dd in excel

unix epoch seconds (UES) = number of seconds since 1 jan 1970
Excel stores time as days + fractions of a day.
Number of seconds in a day = 60*60*24 = 86400

So to convert:

UES/86400 + date(1970,1,1)

and format as yyyy:mm:dd
