convert to word?

hi all new to excel???
anyway i was trying to convert excel to word i copied and pasted, bu
i couldnt get the document to fit in the page? its been two day
now!!! I can print in excel and it fits on a page ?

help

Word doesn't have a scaling feature like Excel's. You can reduce the
font size, adjust the column widths, and change the margins, to manually
fit the data to the page.
