Convert summed data into 'real' data

I have a column with summed data and want to use the data in anothe
worksheet. I don't want to use the formula (and link, etc.), just th
data. I know there's a way to do it. Any ideas?

Hi

copy the data you want, click in the destination cell and choose EDIT /
PASTE SPECIAL - and check values

hi,
yes. copy the summed date(formulas i assume).
on the toolbar goto Edit>Paste special>Values
that will turn you formulas into hard numbers.
