It was created in an Aspect program called RTA. I click on
the properties says the Type of file is 'Info Report
Designer' and to open with 'Seagate Info Analyzer'. I've
tried to export as a .txt, .doc, and .xls but none will
give me all the data. When I use the " Get Exteranl Data"
function I still do not see all the data

If you open it your favorite text editor (notepad??), does the data look like
just plain old text?
If yes, then File|Open and the text to columns wizard may work nicely.
If it looks Greek, it may be time to go back to that other program to see if
there's another way to save it (plain text, comma delimited values, or even an
excel workbook).
