Convert .PPS to .AVI or .MPEG

Does anyone know if there is a way to convert a .PPS file
to .AVI or .MPEG? I need to get it into a video format so
I can turn it into a VCD for easier presentations. Any
help is welcome.

P.S. Tried using Movie Maker to do it using JPG images
and audio files but it freezes half way through editing.

In my opinion there is one good tool for converting pps to avi. This is Presentation to Video Converter by Geovid.
Download it here:

Try it and you'll understand that this prog is the best ;)
 
Sorry to jump in here. I have tried many different programs including
camtasia. I still have not found a program that will convert the transistion
very well. They all seem to be jerky and not smooth.

Does anyone have a program they have worked with that does the job?
