convert pdf to ppt

What is the best way to convert pdf to ppt? Also, I have
to zoom the pdf to 400% to make it readable to group. How
can this be worked into the ppt slide presentation?

Your best option is to open the PDF in PhotoShop (or similar) and save each
page as an image (.jpg or .png). Then zoom in and crop to the portions
needed and save those as images. In PPT import image of PDF page and then
animate the 400% zoomed in images overlapping 'smaller' image.
