Convert numbert to text

I need convert numbert to text in specific on formula
(conconate). Convert a number date (by example 33789) to a
date Jan-04 but inside the formula.
 
=TEXT(33789,"mmm-yy")
or
=TEXT(A1,"mmm-yy")
etc.
