Convert numbers to text (from product id # to name of product)

I am looking to convert a set of numbers into text (ex. 621163578733 =
Product Name). I would like to do this in such a way that I can enter
multiple numbers and have each number display the product name. Any
help here would be great.
 
I would enter in two columns the product number then the Product name. the n
use VLOOKUP to converter the number to the product.
