Convert number in time

Hello,

I would like to convert numbers in time but I don't know how.
Ex. in cell A1 I have 107.74 - and I would like to appear this in
time, precisly 00:01:38.
The 107.74 I got with this
formula:*****=((HOUR(B9)*3600+MINUTE(B9)*60+SECOND(B9))/B6)******

The obtained value 107.74, I would like to retransform in time, which
is the formula, or what I have to do?
