Is it possible to convert my ntfs files back to fat32? I'm
considering switching back to Windows 98. Thanks.

You would need a third-party software utility like
PartitionMagic.

It's easier and better to just start clean:
- Backup
- Format
- Install Windows 98
- Install programs/files

Why 98? Do you realize how may problems 98 has that will
never be fixed? The old OS will not continue to be
supported much longer (June 30, 2006 to be exact).

Conversion from NTFS to FAT32 is not possible using the built-in
Convert.exe, but is possible with the help of third-party tools like
PartitionMagic.
