convert .mix (picture it) files

I'm looking for a graphics program that will batch convert Microsoft Picture
It 99 files (also called Microsoft picture It 2) with the extension ".mix"
into any other more common format.
I have hundreds of graphics from my digital camera and scanner that can't be
used in other programs. I can open each one seperately and SAVE AS but it
would be easier with a batch program similar to iview.
PS. Don't say iview because it can't convert them, but it can show a
thumbnail of them in the file open dialog box (????)
