Convert .jpg -> font?

Okay... perhaps this is a lame idea but basically I notice that when
you print out graphics/pictures that are imported into microsoft word,
it prints out pretty crappy (i.e. jagged lines) regardless if the
clipart has super high resolution (i.e. 1200 dpi). However, when you
print out graphics/pictures in microsoft word that are in fonts (i.e.
dingbats), they print out perfectly.

Therefore.. is there a way for me to convert a .jpg picture (saved at
600 dpi) into a font that can be printed out in microsoft word with
perfect quality?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, the reason your dingbats are crispy comes from the fact
that they are stored as vectors, not bitmap.

If you want Word to handle graphics in a decent manner, start by
supplying it with 'printable' graphics. 300 dpi is reasonable.

As for your question: yes, it can be done. But trust me, that's a
road you don't want to travel. Especially not for just printing a
decent picture :)
