Convert Image URLs to Images

I have transformed some content from DITA to Word, but it is putting all of
the images as hyperlinks ("[PIC]https://..."). I want Word to retrieve and
display the images. How do I do this? Settings? A macro (if so, does anyone
know of any that exist that will do this?).

The images should be displayed if you press Alt+F9, but if you want the
actual images to be embedded in the document (so that Word doesn't have to
have access to the Internet to display them), then display the image, select
it, and press Ctrl+Shift+F9 to unlink it.
