Convert Image Composer File

First, thanks for your time!

I have a legacy Image Composer (MIC) file I need to convert to a
useable format. I don't not have Frontpage that Image Composer was
shipped with. Is there another method/way to get this into Photoshop or
ImageReady?

IC came with both FP98 and FP2000 (standalone version). Microsoft PhotoDraw can open MIC files.
