convert *.fxo to *.tif ?

Hi everyone,
How can I open file of extention *.fxo in WinXPP SP2, Which is created from
Fax Starter in Win98?
or Any methoed to convert to *.tif in Win98 system?

No such method exists. FXO files were designed to open in QuickView, which
was then dropped from Windows shortly after WinFax SE came out due to a
licensing scuffle--one of many reasons WinFax SE had the shortest lifespan
of any known program.
You can, however, view FXO files by using a reg hack to associate them with
the Windows Fax viewer:
