convert from outlook 2000 pst to outlook 2003 -Need Help

Hi guys,

Anybody know a utilities or tools that can able to convert the outlook
2000 pst to outlook 2003 pst. Because our manager want to convert his outlook
2000 pst to outlook 2003 pst. I already have a workaround regarding this by
creating a new pst file in outlook 2003 and moving all the mail from outlook
2000 pst to 2003 pst. but my don't want this workaround. Please advise or any
idea on how to convert outlook 2000 pst to 2003 using convertion tools.

That's the correct method. There is no way to convert an existing file. You must create a new file and move data into it.
