Convert Formula Result

I am using the following formul

=IF(A1=A2,B2,"")

I want to be able to delete Row 2.

How can I get the results of the formula into a cell as a value and not a
formula.

Thanks.
 
After using the formula to display values, you can copy the cell or range of
cells and then Edit/PastSpecial/Values.
