convert 2nd hard to fat32

just got a second harddrive that was formated under ntfs
i need to know how to reformat the entire 80gb hard to
fat32 in order to use nti to do a image backup. went to
drive management and it only allows me to format with
ntfs only.

If you have something like partition magic you can format the drive. You can
also use a windows 98 startup disk to format via dos.( format x: where x is
the partition letter.)

I think his problem is he wants to make a single FAT32 partition on the 80g
drive.
