Hi:

Does anyone know or if it possible to convert a Excel file to a PDF format?

Yes, you would need a conversion program like Adobe which will install a
printer driver,
then in excel you select file>print and change the default printer to
adobe's driver. I have paperport
9.0 deluxe which also can install a pdf printer driver..
