Conversion of QuatroPro

I have received a file on floppy disc in Corel QuatroPro,
and I was wondering if there is a way to convert it to
Excel (Windows XP).
 
Ask whoever sent it to you to resave it in Excel format . QPro 9 saves to
two Excel formats, the latest being Excel 97.
