Conversion of ppt to htm results in a blue square flashing briefly

Conversion of .ppt files to .htm results in a blue square briefly flashing on
the .htm slide just before the image appears on the slide. This occurs in
..htm files viewed after logging on to a localhost test environment but not
when the same files are opened directly from their file folder. I tried
changing the save parameters from internet explorer 4.0 to 6.0 with no
apparent effect. I also changed the image file compression to optimize for
web, but this did not correct the problem. The slides are black background
with a grayscale jpeg image at the center -- no blue graphics on the slide....

Hi,

Do you have a url we could look at? However, I must admit htm and
PowerPoint are not wonderful. Are the images animated or does this happen
when the page loads?
