Controls for CF and DLL

Hello!

Please, tell me, can i create custom controls library for
PocketPC, and how? And second question is, can i
create .dll for PocketPC ?

try "microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.compactframework"

you will need VS.NET 2003, and well it's just looks like any application,
except it's linked to the compact version of the libraries ...
