Controlling TimeZones

All,

Is there a group policy setting in 2000 server that will allow me to
controll the time zone on my workstation? I seem to have some users who want
to change the time zones on all the workstations they visit. This ends up
leaving me with inconsistent time zone settings through out my network.

I know that I can restrict them from doing this in the first place, but is
there a way to change it back via group policy. I have over 1000 boxes.....
