What is the property that shows text when there is a mouse over on a control

A ToolTip? Drag a ToolTip component onto the form, and then an
additional "Tooltip on [name of your tooltip]" property will appear on
your other controls...

Some controls have their own tooltip property/properties, but these
are fewer
