Control the output directory, when checking "Sign the assembly"

Hello.
I see that when checking "Sign the assembly" the output of compiled
execute/dll file is always on .\file folder\obj\release,
and not on "Build output" path,
as I declare on project -> properties.

How can I check "Sign the assembly" and also enforce default folder output
location?
(VS 2008).

Thanks :)

I see that there is some copy, but the timestamp is and old time, and is not
the compilation time.
Thanks :)
