control the date without havong administration privilege

Hi
i am a network administrator win 2000 server , i have user
win XP , that user is not administrator on his computer ,
but i want just to give him the priviledge to control the
date and time but without allow him to administrate his
workstation so how can i do that .

i'll apreciate any help

Group Policy Editor (GPEDIT.MSC). Go to Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Local Policies, User Rights Assignment. Add the user to the entry for Change the System Time
