Control the access of LAN in diffrent XP's user accounts

My XP contain two different user accounts, both of them
are in administrator status. As i know when i enable or
disable LAN access in one of account, both account will
in same setting.

Can i know how i should do to control the LAN access in
one of account which my "A" account LAN is enable and "B"
account LAN is disable?

Configure a hardware profile from system properties. You will need to
reboot when you want to change.
