Downloaded Explorer7, really messed up my computer, finally got everything
back except on control panel don't have an "internet options icon". Can
anyone tell me what to do? Mistakenly downloaded it off Google.

Downloaded what...IE7, and from a non-MS website?
Have you tried a system restore to a time before you did any of this?

I believe google and MS are in competition with each other. Where on the
google page did you get the new IE?

Geri, did you fix your problem? I also have the same problem. Am running XP
Home, and downloaded IE7 off of my provider (AT&T). If fixed, can you tell me
how you did it. Thanks.
