control panel problem

That just means that the icon in Control Panel was not placed with the
usual *.CPL file. You'll need to dig into the tech support documents for
Real Player software to find out how to get that out of there. There is
probably some mention of the issue in their online tech support area.

You're welcome. It certainly won't hurt anything just sitting there, it'll
just be annoying. There are a few different ways this icon could have
been placed in Control Panel so the fix will be specific to whatever method
Real Player uses.
