Frustrated XP User
I am hoping someone can help me with this problem.
Everytime I enter Control Panel and try and access a
category my computer does not respond. I have to use a
control alt delete. The popup menu tells me that control
panel is not responding and I have to end task. I have
just upgraded to Windows XP Professional, no I am not real
computer savy --- but I cannot find anything in my
searches that address this problem. Can anyone enlighten
me on how to resolve the problem. Please!
