Control Panel Display Tabs disappeared!

When I clicked on Display in Control Panel to adjust my screen resolution,
the only tab showing was Background. Screen Saver, Colors, Font Sizes,
Screen Resolution had all disappeared as if they never existed. What's up
with this, and how do I correct it?

Start Regedit.exe and navigate these two locations:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

In the right-pane, delete the following values if found:

- NoDispAppearancePage
- NoThemesTab
- NoDispBackgroundPage
- NoDispScrSavPage
- NoDispSettingsPage
