Control Panel Add/Delete Programs

Cannot access 'Add/Delete Programs'. Error message reads 'An exception occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,Control_Run DLL appwiz.cpl".

Can anyone help me. Thanks
 
sounds like a conflict, try it in safe mode.
