HI,

I would like to know whether I can change all the enabled=false control to
have other background and forecolor globally within a project

No, that's not supported.
 
So are there anyway to achieve it, as a work around for all these fields or
is there a readonly attribute for the default controls?
'coz i feel the control style of " enabled = false" is difficult for user to
read the text,
