Can any one help me?

I've added a picture to a form control button and want to make it smaller
but every time I do the picture doesn't stretch, how can I alter the picture
size mode settings within the button?

There is no size mode setting for Access buttons. You could use the click
event of an image control. Or you could alter the button's image size with a
program like IrfanView:
