Control Alt Delete Loop

Using Windows XP on a company network. Pressinf Control Alt Delete allows
entry of name and password. Displays starting personal settings message, but
then returns to Log-in screen.

Tell your system administrator that you have a problem with the system drive
letter or else with the file userinit.exe.

called dts-l is now dts4-l.
